Dr. Scott Harada comes to the office each morning with a simple thought: Care for my patients and make a difference in their lives. With knowledge and training as a graduate of Iolani School, Yale University and Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Scott devotes himself to improving the quality of each patient’s life and enhancing his or her place in the family.
He is continuously expanding his knowledge of the advances in medical care through annual conferences, internet learning opportunities and consultation with board certified specialists.
As the only active local member of the American Academy of Veterinary Dermatology, he has treated many pets with difficult skin diseases and has performed allergy testing and treatment since 1993. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu at Koolau (www.fpchawaii.org) and has been a follower of Christ since 2008.
Dr. Scott and his wonderful loving wife, Barbara, and have 3 dogs, Torrie, Andi & Rocket, a goffin cockatoo who loves dogs, Frosty, and a 3 legged orange cat, Hazel. He is looking forward to getting to know your family soon.

- Dr. Scott Harada — Dr. Harada, the only active member locally of the American Academy of Veterinary Dermatology, since 1993, is the only local veterinarian performing skin testing for allergies for over 25 years with referrals from other clinics as well as referrals from satisfied pet owners. As an active member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners, American Animal Hospital Association, Honolulu Veterinary Society, American Veterinary Medical Association and Hawaii Veterinary Medical Association, Dr. Harada is able to provide the best care for your fuzzy family member by learning through the main opportunities made available and interaction with his colleagues.
